The Surgery Center of Southern Oregon has been providing multi-specialty surgical services for our local communities since 1997. We are seeking a full-time Certified Surgical Technologist/LPN for a 5 OR ambulatory center. The Surgery Center offers a comprehensive benefits package and our current M-Th schedule means that as a Certified Surgical Technologist/LPN you will be able to enjoy weekends and holidays free from work obligations. You won't have to take call or work weekends or major holidays. You will have a great opportunity to join a hard-working, dedicated team who values our greatest asset, our people!

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program or school of nursing with current Oregon license
Current BLS
Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
Demonstrate strong professional and ethical behavior
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians and fellow employees
Has the necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and is constantly aware of maintaining the sterile field.
